Leading up to September 28th I will be training for the Tower of Terror 10 Mile race at Walt Disney World in Orlando,Florida.
It started as another New Years Resolution but on THIS DAY it all became reality.
I will use three Hal Higdon plans to create my own weekly running plan:
- 5k Training
- 15k Training (10 miles)
- Half Marathon Training
Ok, scrap that. THIS is my new training tool (plan).
