Top of the afternoon to yawl!
For a few months now I have complained that my blog was not updating to Google Reader. I was really starting to annoy me and even with help from a tech savvy friend we still couldn’t figure out what the hang up was. Until yesterday. I was back on my soap box of my blog not updating properly when he had a genius thought: privacy settings. Sure enough, I had a setting to allow search engines to search for my feed turned off. I turned it on and the problem appears to be solved. Hopefully you are viewing this in Google Reader, and if so please let me know! Have you always seen my updates in reader? Or are they just starting to appear now?
Ok. Back to the topic at hand.
I had completely forgotten about this months Birchbox until I was digging in my bathroom drawers this morning before school. I snapped a few quick photos and now here we are (aka – blogging from school).
This months theme was Jetsetter. Items to keep you fresh and feeling rejuvenated during travel.
So far I’ve only used the mask, and it worked like a dream.
I am anxious to try the lip and cheek stain. Maybe for date night with Alex.
And despite living in Florida I always need a good bronzer and I like this one because it is a mineral powder. We shall see!
What is one product you can’t live without while traveling?
I must have a good face wash because I hate when my face feels dirty or grimy.

I wish we had birchbox. I’m almost certain they only ship to the states??? I believe I’ve looked into it before. Mascara is my one item – I’ll wash my face with anything and still have bad skin, but my blonde eyelashes suck….I usually wear no makeup but even at the beach you can bet I’ll be wearing waterproof mascara 😉
That’s too funny about your eyelashes, but I don’t blame you because mascara is a must when I put on make-up! Hopefully they will start shipping to our friends up north soon!
I just discovered a great face wash. I got it as a deluxe sample from Sephora because of my VIB status. It’s from Bliss, and it’s called Fabulous Foaming Face Wash: http://www.sephora.com/fabulous-foaming-face-wash-P226706?skuId=1129220 I absolutely love the way that it smells, but beyond that it really works well. I use it in the morning, and I love the way that it leaves my skin feeling. I have used it both with and without my Clarisonic. They have a small trial size if you don’t want to invest too much, but would like to try it out.
