Gingerbread Smoothie (Recipe)

Just in time for the holidays!

I have been procrastinating on getting more recipes up because my camera bit the dust tile floor, and I have yet to replace it. Imagine the delicious pictures in your head, then try it yourself and report back to me!

1 scoop of any vanilla protein of your choice
1 cup Light Vanilla Silk
3/4 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 medium Banana. About 6 inches in length.

Mix in blender for about a minute and enjoy!

Another alternative is to make a Gingerbread Latte Smoothie. Same ingredients, minus the banana.
Add about 6-8 ice cubs (depending on the size) and a half cup of chilled coffee.

Blend and enjoy!
